Shamanism
Shamanism is the practice of journeying into the spiritual realm for the purpose of gaining connection to Universal Love, enhancing self knowledge, and healing for yourself or others. This worldwide ancient tradition of Shamanism provides us with a framework to make a deeper connection to the Divine. Profoundly individual and immensely powerful, the shamanic path strengthens and enriches your relationship to Universal Love within your current beliefs, whether you call it God the Creator, All That Is, the Divine, or the Great Spirit. It provides a way to connect you with your spirit helpers/power animals who help you navigate within the spirit realm. By working at this level, all aspects of your being; body, mind, spirit, and soul have the possibility of being healed.
A shamanic session may be combined with body work or any of the other healing therapies. A full shamanic session may run as long as 1.5-2 hours. Within the session, it will become clear which of the following healing ceremonies are necessary. This is the best way to receive a session for it ensures you get what you need. It is also possible to request just one of the healings for a shorter session. The shamanic sessions are available as a distance healing or in person.

POWER ANIMALS AND SPIRIT GUIDES
All of us have helpers from the Spiritual Realm present with us from before birth. In shamanic cultures around the world they are known as power animals. They come directly from Spirit to be your constant companion and support on your life's journey, protecting you as you travel in ordinary and non-ordinary reality. You may have a character power animal; one that 'matches' you, or you may receive a power animal that has shown up to offer you a specific gift (ie; bear can inspire courage), or to help you with a particular problem. Using the drum to lead us into a journey state, we journey together to gain the insight and wisdom from the Divine.
Your Spirit Guide has chosen to be with you to be your representative of divine love and to provide guidance on your life's path. They help you address issues, make decisions, and heal emotional trauma. The process of meeting your Spirit Guide involves learning how to enter the Journey state and navigate the spiritual realm, making each person's journey a unique and ultimately personal one. This can enhance your spiritual connection, making it rich and nourishing.
SOUL LOSS and RETRIEVAL
When we experience trauma, if we can't process it at the time due to our young age at the time, or being overwhelmed, a little bit of our soul wraps itself around that memory, removing it from our awareness so that we can carry on. If this has occurred enough times, we end up trying to live with a deficit of soul. This process brings the soul part back with the opportunity to heal the trauma, allowing you to live fully and freely.
SOUL EXCHANGE
In all of our present and past relationships, whether it is with our partners, children, parents, co-workers, or people that have passed on, there can be blurring of boundaries. Without realizing it, we can put on the other person our own expectations or 'stuff' and likewise, we can accept into ourselves the others' stuff. We become stuck in the pattern of the relationship or to the other person. This process cleans up the energetic connection between you, establishing a clear foundation for the relationship to proceed in the healthiest way possible.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT
This ceremony deals with the energy in our body that doesn't belong to us. We can pick up thoughts and attitudes from other people/society about ourselves that hinder our whole being. Ideas such as 'I'm not good enough', 'I'm not loveable', or 'I always mess things up' set us up for struggle, heartbreak and pain. The resulting emotional setpoint, gender-linked programming, and trauma stored in our DNA can be released with the help from Spirit. We can trace these falsities down to their roots, allowing us to be the incredible human beings we are.
